MenGenics Research Program
MenGenics Research Program is dedicated to advancing research, scientific education, and innovation across the full spectrum of male health, performance, reproduction, and longevity.
This Program does not provide medical care and has no study open for enrollment. It is the research and education division of MenGenics. See our research standard →
The Endeavor
Men in the United States live shorter lives, see a doctor less often, and are studied less thoroughly than women across many areas of health. MenGenics Research Program exists to address that gap directly — through original science, earlier prevention, and care models built to reach more men, not just the patients of a single clinic.
Original, methodologically sound studies into male hormonal, sexual, metabolic, cardiovascular, and reproductive health — not vendor-funded marketing dressed as science.
Shifting men's health from reactive treatment toward early, evidence-based prevention across every decade of adult life.
Translating research findings into care models built to reach more men — including underserved and Hispanic communities — beyond any single clinic or city.
Why Men's Health Research Matters
Male health presents distinct biological, behavioral, preventive, reproductive, metabolic, and aging-related challenges. MenGenics Research Program seeks to improve the scientific understanding of how men age, reproduce, perform, develop disease risk, and preserve quality of life — grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Our Research Pillars
The Program studies men's health as an interconnected biological system rather than a set of isolated conditions.
Male endocrine physiology, testosterone, metabolic interactions, and aging.

Building on the Program's existing fertility-focused clinical initiative, this track studies male infertility, semen parameters, sperm DNA fragmentation, oxidative stress, and reproductive aging.

Research priorities and risks change throughout the male lifespan. These stages describe general shifts in focus — not deterministic predictions for any individual.
Establishing baseline metabolic, hormonal, and reproductive health.
Performance, fertility planning, and early risk awareness.
Cardiometabolic and hormonal screening becomes central.
Active management of emerging cardiovascular and urologic risk.
Preserving function, cognition, and independence.
Sustaining quality of life and autonomy.
MenGenics Evidence Center™
Systematic reviews, meta-analyses, clinical trial summaries, and evidence briefs — categorized by transparent methodology, not promotional language.
MenGenics Men's Health Data Initiative™
The Program intends to build a longitudinal men's health registry. No member or patient data is used for research today. Any future research use will require IRB review, individual informed consent or HIPAA authorization, and de-identification — the registry is a planned capability, not yet operational.
MenGenics Education
Scientific articles, evidence guides, and professional education — for men, physicians, and researchers alike.
Scientific Advisory Board
MenGenics Research Program is in the process of formally appointing an independent Scientific Advisory Board. Names and credentials will be published here only once appointments are confirmed and verified.
Scientific & Strategic Partnerships
Only real, current, and authorized relationships are ever displayed here.
Participate in Research
Before any enrollment, every study will clearly state its status, eligibility criteria, oversight, and informed consent requirements.
Building the Future of Men's Health Science
MenGenics Research Program brings together research, evidence, data, education, and collaboration to advance our understanding of men's health across the lifespan.
