Our commitment

MenGenics Research Program is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we have done

• Every page uses a single main heading and a logical heading structure.
• The site works with the keyboard alone, and the navigation menu is operable without a mouse.
• Text and background colors are chosen for contrast, and text resizes without breaking the layout.
• Images carry text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Every page declares its language, and the English and Spanish versions are linked to each other.
• Fonts and all other assets are served from this site, so pages load and render without third-party dependencies.

Known limitations

This is an ongoing effort, not a finished state. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know — your report is the fastest way for us to fix it.
